摘　　要：主题班会是高校开展思想政治教育工作的重要形式,是班级文化建设的重要载体,也是学生发现自我价值,提高综合素质的载体。高校必须结合时代的要求和当代大学生主体的特点,建立一套规范化、系统化的主题班会体制,创新班会的内容和形式,这样才能发挥高校主题班会应有的价值。Theme class meeting is an important form of ideological and political education in colleges and universities and is also an important means for classroom culture construction;theme meetings help students discover self-value,improve their overall quality.Colleges and universities shall combine the call of the ages and the characteristics of contemporary college students so as to establish a standardized,systematic theme class meeting system,and innovate the content and form of the class meetings so that theme class meetings can fully play its role.
