摘 要:研究开发作为公司竞争优势的来源已经受到越来越多的重视。对于跨国公司而言,其研究开发涉及到多区域的问题,如何从结构上确保快速应对市场需求以及研发资源的快速共享,是众多跨国公司在不断探讨的问题之一。研究开发的实质是知识创新活动,而其组织结构直接影响知识流动的方向、环节与效率,进而影响企业研发绩效。从知识链的三个维度出发,包括知识深度、宽度以及知识粘性,探讨跨国企业研发组织结构类型的选择。As the source of the company competitive advantage, R&D has attracted more and more attestation. To muhina tionals, R&D is related to the problem of multi regional. How to ensure rapid response to market demand and rapid sha ring of R & D resources from the structure is one of the problems which many multinational companies continue to explore. The essence of the R&D is the knowledge innovation activities, and its organizational structure will have a direct impact on direction, links and efficiency of the knowledge flow, thereby affecting corporate R & D performance. Starting from three dimensions of the knowledge chain, including the depth of knowledge, width of knowledge and knowledge stickiness, the paper builds a choice model of the organizational structure of multinational R & D.
