摘　　要：在分析三螺旋创新知识共享中知识产权风险研究重要性的基础上,对国内外三螺旋创新知识共享中知识产权风险研究相关文献进行综述,对文献进行述评并提出展望。Based on exploring the importance of studies on intellectual property risks in knowledge sharing of triple helix in novation, the paper reviews relative literatures about intellectual property risks in knowledge sharing of triple helix innova tion and gives future research orientations.
