摘  要:本研究关注的是系统的内容依托教学对英语专业基础阶段学生情感的影响。研究中,通过问卷和访谈采集数据,研究过程定性分析与定量分析相结合。研究结果表明:内容依托教学会对英语专业基础阶段的学生产生积极和消极情感影响,但是积极情感影响显著超过消极情感影响;产生的影响体现在内容依托课程学习的动机及对教学材料、课堂活动、教学效果和学业评价诸方面的情感反应中。研究中还进一步分析了产生情感影响的原因,提出了减少内容依托教学消极情感影响的建议。本项研究结果有助于消除英语专业基础阶段开展内容依托教学的疑虑,这对改进我国英语专业的教学实践具有重要意义。This study focuses on affective impacts of systematic application of CBI on English majors in the lower division of their university study. A mixed method of qualitative and quantitative research is employed in the process of research with questionnaire and interview as instruments of data collection. The study indicates that the application of CBI exerts both positive and negative impacts on English majors in the lower division of their university education but positive affective impacts of CBI significantly outweighs the negative impacts. The impacts are concerned with the motivation of learning content-based courses and the students' affective response to content-based teaching materials, students' performance in CBI classes, the effect of CBI and assessment in the content-based courses. This study also probes the causes of the affective impacts and raises suggestions on minimizing the negative affective impacts. The results are enlightening in overcoming the worries about CBI in the lower division of tertiary institutions and improving the education of English majors in China.
