摘  要:通过模拟大气环境参数和压气机图谱的高原特性修正,建立了D6114柴油机的高原性能仿真模型,并进行了原机变海拔性能计算和不同增压系统的高海拔功率恢复的计算研究。研究表明:随着海拔高度的升高,涡轮增压柴油机的动力性和经济性逐渐恶化;废气放气式增压系统在中间转速可以部分恢复功率,而在高转速时涡轮增压器会超速,影响柴油机正常运行;可调二级增压系统的旁通高压级方案在恢复功率和经济性等方面要好于旁通低压级方案。Based on the simulation of atmospheric environment parameters and the plateau correction of compressor map, the simulation model of high altitude performance for D6114 diesel engine was built. The calculation research on varying altitude performance of original engine was carried out. The research on power recovery of different turbocharging systems at high alti- tude was also conducted. The results show that the power and economic performance of turbocharged diesel engine become worse with the increase of altitude. The waste-gate turbocharging system can partly recover the engine power at medium speed. The turbocharger overspeed will occur at high speed and influence the operation of engine. As for regulated two-stage tubo- charging system, the bypass of high pressure turbochager is much better than that of low pressure turboeharger in terms of power recovery and economic performance.
