摘　　要：应用伪概周期序列分解的方法,作者给出了一类具逐段常量二阶中立型微分方程伪概周期解的存在性定理.所得结果进一步完善了一些已有的结果.By the method of decomposition of pseudo almost periodic sequence, the authors present an existence theorem of pseudo almost periodic solutions for a sort of second order neutral differential equa- tions with piecewise constant argument. This result can be regarded as a complement of some known re- suits.
