摘　　要：介绍了利用分光光度计分析及利用８－羟基喹啉去除镀金液金属杂质的方法，并在此基础上实现了微机对镀金液金属杂质的控制管理。Quantitative analysis by using spectrophotometry and effective elimination by adding oxine for metallic impurities in gold plating bath are introduced in this paper. Based on these works, control of metallic impurities in gold plating bath can be carried out.
