摘　　要：针对卓越计划校企合作人才培养中企业缺乏内在动力、合作关系不稳定等问题,提出"校企一体化"软件工程卓越人才培养模式,重构校企合作关系,并成功应用于软件工程卓越人才培养实践,取得了较好的成果。Aiming at problems with ＂excellence program＂ university-enterprise cooperation education, such as enterprise＇s lacking motivation and the instability of the cooperation relation,this paper puts forward excellent software engineer training mode based on university-enterprise integration to reconstruct the cooper- ation relationship between university and enterprise. This mode has been successfully put it into practice and gained good results.
