摘　　要：高职院校建立全程化就业指导课程体系的必要性已经在广大高职院校中有了一定的共识,但是在改革的过程中仍然存在着课程设置不系统、课程内容不完整、课程模式不丰富和课程设计缺少针对性等问题。针对这些问题,高职院校需要通过转变课程建设理念、健全课程内容体系和加强专兼职教师队伍建设等措施,推进高职院校全程化就业指导课程建设顺利进行。The necessity of establishing whole-process employment guidance curriculum system in higher vocational colleges has gained certain consensus in higher vocational colleges. However, there exist some problems in the process of reform, such as lack of system for curriculum setting, integrity for curriculum content and abundance for curriculum mode, as well lack of accordance for curriculum design. In order to solve these problems, higher vocational colleges should change the concept of curriculum construction, perfect the system of curriculum content, and strengthen full-time and part-time teaching staffs constiuction to advance the successful development of whole-process employment guidance curriculum construction in higher vocational coUeges.
