高职船舶工程技术专业“双师型”教师培养方案探究

摘　　要：从高职教师素质现状出发,论述了高职教师队伍建设中存在的主要问题,分析了高职教师专业素质偏低的主要原因。通过对高职"双师型"教师内涵的诠释,剖析了高职"双师型"教师一般专业素质的构成。通过以国家骨干高职院师资队伍建设中船舶工程技术及专业群"双师型"教师培养为切入点,探究培养"双师型"教师的途径和方法,推进高职教育的可持续发展。Starting from the present condition of higher vocational teachers＇ quality, this paper discusses the existing main problems of the construction for higher vocational teaching staff. It analyzes the main reason of the low professional quality for higher vocational teachers. Through the explanation on the connotation of higher vocational ＂double-qualified＂ teachers, it analyzes the composition of the general professional quality for higher vocational ＂double-qualified＂ teachers. With the cut-in of cultivating ＂double-qualified＂ teachers in shipbuilding engineering technology and major group in the construction Of teaching staff of national backbone higher vocational colleges, it explores the approaches and methods of cultivating ＂double-qualified＂ teachers to advance the sustainable development of higher vocational education.
