摘　　要：我国城乡成人教育一体化的关键在于社会组织体系的驳接与契约,这不仅能骤发传统城乡成人教育体系的变革,甚至在很大程度上将对未来中国农村成人教育的改革创新产生决定性影响。本文试图从我国城乡成人教育"元结构"组织体系构建切入,探讨新时代背景下中国城乡成人教育一体化模式价值的时代性、实用性、趋向性,进而为其在我国新农村建设领域内推广与普及提供理论支持与实践思考。The key to the integration of adult education in city and rural areas is the link and contract of organizational system, which not only leads to the revolution of traditional system of city and rural adult education , but also has a great effect on the future innovation. To provide theoretical reference and thinking of practice to popularize the integration mode in the field of building a new socialist countryside, the thesis tries to discuss the times , practicality, trends of the mode of ＂Unity Structure＂ organizational system of adult education in city and rural areas.
