摘  要:研究大豆分离蛋白冰淇淋对维甲酸致小鼠骨质疏松的防治作用,并探讨其主要作用机理。将64只小鼠随机分成正常组、模型组、普通冰淇淋低、中、高计量组和大豆分离蛋白冰淇淋低、中、高剂量组,每组8只。采用维甲酸(70mg/kg)致小鼠骨质疏松模型。14d后测定血清钙、磷和碱性磷酸酶(ALP)含量;取肝、脾、胸腺、子宫称重,计算脏器指数;取右股骨,测骨干重、骨长、骨横径,并测定骨钙、骨磷及股羟脯氨酸含量;取左侧股骨进行骨组织形态学观察。结果表明,大豆分离蛋白冰淇淋能增加小鼠子宫指数,提高小鼠骨钙、磷和羟脯氨酸的含量,增加小鼠骨干重、骨长及骨横径数值。大豆分离蛋白冰淇淋对维甲酸所致小鼠骨质疏松有一定的防治作用。Objective to investigate effects of soybean induced by I^tinoic acid and analyze the mechanism protein isolate ice cream on osteoporosis mice models therein involved. 64 mice were randomly divided into normal group, model group, ice cream small, medium, high level group, and SPI ice cream small , medium, high level group with 8 animals in each group. Osteoporosis mice models were induced by retinoic acid. 14 d after administration, contents of serum calcium, phosphate and alkaline phosphate were detected; liver,spleen, thymus, uterus were taken away and weighed, then organ index were calculated; weight, length and diameter of right femur were measured, then calcium, phosphorus and hydroxyproline concentrations in bone were detected. Morphologic of left femur was observed. Results showed: SPI ice cream could increase index of uterus, the concentration of calcium, phosphate and hydroxyproline in bone, and significantly increase weight, length and diameter of bone. SPI ice cream has a preventive effect on the osteoporotic model of the mice induced by retinoic acid.
