摘 要:以新能源汽车试验中出现问题的原因查找及解决为例,说明了控制器开发的各测试环节具有其自身特点和局限性,每个环节都有可能将问题遗留到下一个环节。车辆在试验之前,控制器软件功能虽然经过硬件在环(HIL)测试,但是仍然会出现HIL测试中没有发现的问题。由于实车干扰因素较多,回到HIL测试环境中去复现问题、查找问题原因、验证程序改正效果,将HIL测试环节与实车测试环节相结合可以更快地查找原因,更全面地覆盖测试要求。Taking the cause investigation into the problems identified in the New Energy Vehi- cle testing as an example, the paper shows that each testing step of the controller development has its features and limitations, and that the problem at each step might be left over to the next step. Although the controller software function has gone through HIL testing, there will still be problems which are un- discovered in HIL testing. Considering the various interfering factors for the real vehicle testing, it is advisable to repeat the problem, to investigate the problem cause, and to check the effects of procedure correction by returning to the HIL testing environment. By combing the HIL testing with the real vehi- cle testing, the cause investigation process could be quickened and more comprehensive testing re- quirements could be met.
