摘 要:文章研究了基于虚拟样机技术的BGA植球机供球机构的动态性能,通过相关理论分析及仿真验证,解决了虚拟样机建模的关键技术问题,如刷子与推子和翻板之间的约束、基于接触碰撞理论的焊料球和翻板之间的摩擦接触定义等。分析供球机构实际工艺动作,确定了工艺循环时序图。由于目前翻板电机驱动普遍采用T型加减速控制方式,运动过程存在明显冲击,故提出采用一种改进的加减速三角函数控制方式,分别对2种控制方式进行动力学仿真,得到对应的动态性能曲线,经过反复实验验证,确定三角函数驱动方式的优越性。根据仿真结果及BGA植球机的实际情况,提出了优化的解决方案,为供球机构设计和性能评价提供了一种新的方法和手段。Abstract.Based on the technology of virtual prototype, the dynamic performance of ball feeding mech anism in BGA ball mounter is analyzed. Through the theoretical analysis and simulation verification, some key technical problems of virtual prototype modeling are solved, such as the constraint definition between brushes and flap, the friction contact definition between the solder and the flap based on the theory of contact collision, etc. The process actions of ball feeding mechanism are researched, and then the sequence chart of process cycle is confirmed. As Ttype speed control mode is widely used in the motor drive of turning plate, the impact will obviously exist in the movement. So an improved scheme of deceleration control is proposed, namely the trigonometric function control. Through the dynamic simulation of the two different control modes, the corresponding dynamic performance curves are obtained. After repeated experiments, the superiority of the trigonometric function drive mode is determined. Finally, according to the simulation results and the actual situation of BGA planting ball machine, the optimization solution is put forward, which provides a new method for the design and performance evaluation of the ball feeding mechanism_
