摘  要:针对各种低压电器校验及性能测试过程中需要高稳定、高精度的恒流源要求,在对现有主要恒流源产品设计仔细分析的基础上,设计了一种以8位微处理器为核心的高稳定数控恒流源。整个系统采用闭环PID控制,通过所设计的恒流源电路将D/A转换得到的模拟电压变为恒流源。经实际应用测试,该恒流源输出电流可在O~2000mA内任意设定,纹波电流小,测试精度、变负载恒流稳定性均达到0.1%水平,且通过按键可实现±1mA和±10mA的两种步进功能。To get a kind of constantcurrent source with high reliability and high accuracy during the process of all kinds of lowvoltage equipmentst adjusting and performance testing, a special highreliable numerical control constantcurrent source based on 8digit microprocessor is designed after analyzing the current main products' design. PID control algorithm is used in the total constantcurrent source sys tem, and the analog voltage from D/A converter can be changed into constantcurrent power by applying the designed constantcurrent power circuit. After the practical application and test, the research results indicate that this kind instrument's output current value can be preset casually from the range 0 mA to 2 000 mA, the amplitude of ripple current is small, and its accuracy and reliability can both reach 0.1% when changing the value of load. Two kinds of stepadjusting functions (±1 mA and±10 mA) are also realized by presetting.
