摘  要:体育教育专业人才培养应同时加强专业教育和师范教育,但受前苏联运动技能教学理念的影响,我国体育教育本科专业人才培养过程中,存在重运动技能教学,轻教学技能教学;重专业教育,轻师范教育现象。具体表现为:教育类课程门类单一、时数不足、实践性不强;教育实习模式单一、实习周期短等。这些问题已严重影响了体育教育专业人才培养的质量。指出在体育教育专业人才培养过程中,主要决策者及任课教师应转变传统观念,以教师专业化理念为指导,加强对其师范性教育的重视,不断增加教育类课程门类及时数,增强教育类课程的实践性,优化教育实习模式,延长教育实习周期。The training of physical education talent should pay attention to the professional education and normal education. However, on the influence of sports skill teaching of former Soviet Union, there are many problems, such as paying highly at- tention to sports skill and professional education, and neglecting teaching skill and normal education. The details are.. the single educational courses, the insufficient hours, lack of practice, the single mode of educational practising, and the short cycle. All of these have affected the quality of talent training of physical education seriously. So the author suggests that the main decision makers and teachers should change the traditional idea to the teacher specialization, strengthening normal education, increasing the sorts and the hours of educational courses and the practical content gradually, optimizing the mode of educational practising and extending the cycle of educational practising.
