摘 要:基于对近五年相关中层管理者胜任力理论及应用模型的文献综述,运用比较研究方法,从研究主题、研究对象、专业领域、时效性、可信度、及模型应用侧重等方面对已建成的胜任力模型与"基于胜任特征的高职院校中层管理者能力开发研究"(下文称"本项目")所需要的理论模型进行适切性分析,认为:高职院校中层管理者胜任力模型(王坤,2009)在科学性、针对性、时效性等方面更加符合"基于胜任特征的高职院校中层管理者能力开发研究"模型要求。籍此,选择高职院校中层管理者胜任力模型(王坤,2009)作为本项目研究的理论模型,为进一步开展高职院校中层管理者的实证研究和能力开发提供必要的理论支持。In view of the literature review of the competency theory and application model relevant to middle managers of vocational colleges in recent five years, this paper analyzes the appropriateness of the theoretical model needed in the established competent model and in the project of "A study of the development of the abilities of middle managers in vocational colleges based on competent characteristics" (hereinafter as "This Project" ). The analysis centers around the research theme, research subject, professional field, time effectiveness, reliability, and the emphasis of model application by using the comparative approach. The author argues that, in terms of scientificity, pertinence and time effectiveness, the competent model of middle managers in vocational colleges (Wang Kun, 2009)answers better for the model in This Project. Therefore, the author chooses the competent model of middle managers in vocational colleges (Wang Kun, 2009) as the theoretical foundation for the research of This Project, which theoretically supports the further development of the empirical research of middle managers in vocational colleges and their competency exploitation.
