摘 要:目的探讨朋辈辅学的练习模式在《护理学基础》实践课中的应用效果。方法便利抽样法选择苏州大学护理学院2010级护理本科生36名为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为观察组(n=18)和对照组(n=18),两组学生《护理学基础》理论课和实践课授课均按照教务处发放的课表同时进行,实训室从周一至周四18:00~20:00向学生开放,每组学生分2批,每周练习2晚,每晚练习1h。观察组学生实行朋辈辅学的练习方式,时间定于周一和周三晚上,练习时朋辈老师也参与其中,根据学生操作的情况或应他们的要求给予指导,并在"《护理学基础》操作指导记录"中根据当晚的情况记录指导体会,包括学生存在的问题、改进建议以及自身收获等;对照组学生练习的时间是周二和周四晚上,届时朋辈老师不参与学生的操作练习。操作项目有:铺床法、无菌及隔离技术、导尿术和灌肠术。结果朋辈辅学可以提高学生特别是男学生操作练习的兴趣,有助于学生日臻完善操作技能,可以帮助朋辈老师巩固自身知识,有助于发现教学过程中存在的不足,萌生教学创意。结论朋辈辅学能够提高本科生的专业素养,同时也为课堂教学的改进带来一些启发。Objective To explore the application effects of peer education on the practical course of "Fundamental Nursing". Methods By convenience sampling,totally 39 undergraduates from Nursing School of Soochow University were recruited and divided into observational group (n=19) and control group(n= 20). Both theory and practical courses were implemented according to the schedules of Fundamental Nursing. The training room opened to all students between 18:00 and 20:00 from Monday to Thursday. Either observational group or control group was divided into two groups and each group practiced 1 hour every night for 2 days every week. Students in the observational group were given peer education mode at Monday and Wednesday night. Peer educators took part in the practice and gave some guidance when necessary. Guidance records about the existed problems, improvement suggestions and their own harvest also should be recorded. Students in the control group practiced at Tuesday and Thursday night without peer education. Practical courses included bed making,aseptic technique, isolation technique, and catheterization and enema techniques. Results Peer education could increase the interest of undergraduates in the skill practice and strengthen the basic knowledge and skills of peer educators. Conclusion Peer education could improve the professional quality of undergraduates in different grades, and also provide inspiration in the Fundamental Nursing teaching innovation.
