摘　　要：泸州老窖股份有限公司和科研单位合作,采用动态、多指标的方法,全面客观评价大曲品质;牵头制定行业标准,建立起大曲生产和使用企业间的沟通准则;通过专业化、规模化制曲,实现大曲地域优势资源产品的行业共享。Luzhou Laojiao Group cooperated with scientific research institutions to evaluate Daqu quality objectively by dynamic multicriteria. Then it took the lead in formulating trade standards of Daqu, and the communication principles between Daqu-making enterprises and Daqu-using enterprises had been set up. Through professionalized and large-scale Daqu-making, Daqu, the regional advantageous product, could be shared by the whole liquor-making industry.
