摘　　要：开展产学研用合作是应用型本科高校提高人才培养质量和提升科技创新能力的有效途径,也是高校将人才优势和科研成果转化为现实生产力的有效途径。文章结合哈尔滨学院软件学院多年的教育教学改革实践,给出了软件工程专业产学研用合作人才培养模式,实践证明产学研用合作教育是对高等教育的有效补充,是行之有效的人才培养模式。The cooperation of working,learning,and studying is an effective approach for the application type universities to improve the education quality and students’innovative competence,which is also an efficient way to transform the research to products.The training model is proposed here based on the experiences of education reform in the software school of Harbin University.The practice proves that the cooperation of working,learning and studying is an effective compensation to the higher education and an effective training model.
