摘 要:通过盆栽实验测定了细菌G7对黄瓜立枯病的生物防治,结果表明:G7对黄瓜立枯丝核菌(Rhizoctoniasolani)生防防效为82%~96%.对G7进行形态、生理生化分析和16srRNA序列鉴定,结果显示,该菌株为枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis).该菌株可以产生壳聚糖酶、蛋白酶、葡聚糖酶.在对峙培养时,G7菌株可明显抑制立枯丝核菌菌丝的延伸.Biological control efficacy of strain G7 against the seedlings damping-off incited by Rhizoctonia solani of cucumber was evaluated in pots test.The results showed that G7 could control the harm efficiently and the control efficacy were 82%~96%.G7 was identified as Bacillus subtilis by the analysis of its morphology,biochemical characteristics and 16s rRNA gene sequence.The strain has enzymatic activities of chitosanase,protease and glucanase.The hyphen growth inhibition of G7 against R.solani was also observed by means of dual-culture test.
