适应区域发展的应用型本科人才人文素养培养模式研究

摘　　要：应用型本科院校承担着为区域培养应用型人才的任务,区域社会经济发展对人才需求结构的变化,为新建应用型本科院校带来发展契机,同时也对应用型人才提出了更高要求。应用型本科院校由于定位应用型而更容易忽视学生人文素养养成教育。要构建适应区域发展、具有应用型本科院校特点、科学合理的人文素养教育模式,培养具有现代社会所需要的素质结构,人格完善、和谐发展的高素质应用型人才。Application-oriented undergraduate universities undertake the local regions. The changes in the structure of talent demand according task of training applied talents for the to the regional socio-economic development bring new development opportunity for application-oriented undergraduate universities, and put forward higher requirements to the applied talents as well. The application-oriented undergraduate universities are more likely to ignore the students＇ humanities education because of the orientation of application. It is necessary to build a scientific and reasonable humane quality education model to adapt to the regional development and with the characteristics of application-oriented undergraduate universities. It is necessary totrain high quality applied talents with perfect personality and quality structure for the modern society.
