摘  要:基于广义Hamilton原理建立带钢连续热镀锌生产线镀锌段带钢-辊子-柔性支承混杂系统的数学模型,线性化后利用实模态理论得到系统的频率方程。以某镀锌线为例求解了系统的特征值问题,分析了带钢横截面积和初始张力对系统特征值和特征向量的影响,并考察了系统的耦合振动特性。最后用有限元软件ANSYS对该混杂系统进行了模态分析,有限元计算结果与理论计算结果一致。Based on the extended Hamilton principle,the mathematical model of a strip-rolls-flexible-supporting hybrid system in the coating section of a continuous hot-dip galvanizing line was established.The normal mode theory was used to obtain the frequency equation of the system after linearizing the equations of motion.Taking a certain galvanizing line as an example,the eigenvalue problem was sloved.The effects of the sectional area of strip steel and the initial tension on eigenvalues and eigenvectors of the system were analysed and the coupled vibration characteristics of the system were inspected.The modal analysis of the hybrid system was carried out by using the finite element analysis software ANSYS and the results are in line with the theoretical solution.
