摘　　要：医学伦理学教育虽然得到了医学教育界的广泛重视,但在实际教学中,部分医学生对于医学伦理学的学习却缺乏应有的重视。基于医学伦理学教育的现状,从医学生的视角剖析当前医学生不重视医学伦理学学习的原因有:对实用主义的片面认识,市场化的冲击,应试教育的影响以及医学伦理学教学自身存在的一些问题。进而提出调整医学伦理学的开课时间、在教学中应尽力澄清道德立场、增加现代网络和实践教学手段、改变医学伦理学考核方式等设想。Medical Ethics has become more necessary and important in medical education, however, in practice, the majority of medical students ignore the study of Medical Ethics. Based on the current situation of medical ethics education, this article profoundly analyzed the reasons of medical students attaching less importance to Medical Ethics from the perspectives of medical students, which including the one - sided understanding of pragmatism, the impact of the market, the influence of exam -oriented education, and some problems in medical ethics teaching. Then some suggestions were put forward, including adjusting the start time, clarifying moral position in the teaching of medical ethics, increasing the modern network and practical teaching methods, changing the way of medical ethics aooraisal, etc.
