广州地区食物频率问卷信度和效度研究

摘　　要：目的对广州地区人群营养与慢性病研究中使用的食物频率问卷(food frequency questionnaire,FFQ)进行信度和效度研究。方法间隔2～5周进行两次FFQ调查,比较两次结果的相关性,检验问卷的信度。在3个月内进行3次三日膳食回顾和1次FFQ调查,用3次三日膳食回顾的平均结果与FFQ的相关性分析结果评价FFQ的内容效度。结果 (1)信度研究中膳食能量和10种营养素均为显著性正相关,以原始数值计算的相关系数(r)为0.379～0.740,平均值为0.609;经自然对数转换后的平均r为(0.589±0.123);校正能量后平均r为(0.511±0.139)。(2)效度研究中FFQ与三日膳食回顾法的膳食能量和10种营养素均为显著正相关,以原始数值计算的r为0.318～0.782,平均值0.439;自然对数转换后的平均r为(0.448±0.122);校正能量后平均r为(0.427±0.132)。(3)食物和营养素的信度研究一致率分别为70.3%和100.0%,营养素的效度一致率为100.0%。结论所制订的广州地区FFQ具有较好的信度和效度,是研究广州市人群营养与慢性病关系较为理想的膳食评价方法。Objective To understand the reliability and validity of the food frequency questionnaire （FFQ） that were designed for the study of diseases and dietary factors among middle-aged people in Guangzhou. Methods The FFQ was completed twice at a 4-week interval. Data were compared for the assessment of the reproducibility. Correlation analy- sis between nutrients intake in FFQ and in a 3-day 24-hour dietary recalls as reference method was used to assess the rela- tive validity. Results （ 1 ） In the reproducibility study, crude Pearson correlation coefficient of energy and 10 nutrients ranged from O. 379 to O. 740, with the average value of O. 609. Pearson correlation coefficient of log-transformed and ener- gy-adjusted data were （0. 589 ±0. 123） and （0. 511 ±0. 139） respectively. （2） In validity evaluation, crude Pearson cor- relation coefficient of energy and 10 nutrients ranged from 0. 318 to 0. 782, with the average value of O. 439. Pearson corre- lation coefficient of log-transformed and energy-adjusted data were （0. 448 ± O. 122） and （0. 427 ±O. 132 ） respectively. （3） The food and nutrient coincidence was 70. 3 % and 100.0% for reproducibility respectively, and nutrient coincidence was 100. 0% for validity. Conclusions The good validity and reproducibility of FFQ suggest its proper applicability. The questionnaire used here might be an ideal evaluation tool in the studies of nutrients and diseases.
