关于医学院校大学英语选修课的研究与思考

摘　　要：采用问卷调查与访谈的方式对广东省内八所医学院校大英部的教师及非英语专业的医学生就大学英语选修课的相关问题进行了调研,旨在了解在医学院校如何开设大学英语选修课,以便有效地组织开展教学活动。研究得出了以下结果:(1)医学院校大学英语选修课急需规范和加强;(2)医学院校须根据各专业自身的特点有针对性地开设专业英语选修课;(3)医学院校大学英语选修课应积极地采用各种多媒体课件及网络资源组织开展教学;(4)医学院校应重视大学英语选修课的教材建设及师资培养。Based on the surveys of college English teachers and students made in 8 medical universities and colleges in Guangdong, this paper cultivates problems related to the establishment of the system of selective courses in medical univer- sities and colleges with a view of offering effective and efficient selective courses to medical students to enhance their com- prehensive abilities and their medical qualifications.
