集约型微格教学实训中心的建设与管理

摘　　要：为了节约实验经费,提高设备使用率,以集约性、开放性、自主性为原则,对微格教室、多媒体教室和VOD点播系统的改造重建,建设满足日常多媒体教学需求,为师生提供技能训练的场所和学习资源支持,实现教学过程的监控等功能的微格教学实训中心。从网络化管理,整合师资队伍,提供个性化服务三个方面加强管理。有利于促进教师教学能力的养成,培育本科教学质量工程项目,提高教师的教学研究水平,促进教学管理的科学化。In order to save experimental cost and raise the utilization rate of equipment,the micro-video classroom,the multimedia classroom and the VOD system were reconstructed to meet the needs of daily multimedia teaching and provide teachers and students with skill training arenas and learning resource support.It is beneficial to the enhancement of the teachers＇ teaching competence,to the nurturing of the project for undergraduate training,to the improvement of teachers＇ teaching and research,and to the improvement of scientific management of teaching in the university.
