民族地区地方性高校植物学野外实习改革

摘　　要：针对传统的植物学野外实习教学存在的弊端,以吉首大学为例,进行了民族地区地方性高校植物学野外实习的改革和实践。坚持"尊重民族习俗、与人和谐相处"的实习教学原则,保证了实习的顺利进行。通过实习内容、教学方式、教学手段、教学理念和考试方式的改革有效地提高了学生的学习质量;通过对学生专业素质、身心素质和人文素质的培养,显著地提高了学生的综合素质;通过培养学生的科研兴趣、为学生建造科研起点和平台,切实地提高了学生的科技创新能力。实践证明,在民族地区地方性高校进行的这种野外实习教学改革,能够促进学生的全面发展,增强学业竞争力。In view of the disadvantages of traditional teaching method in botany field work,the reform of botany field work for local universities in minority areas was conducted,taking Jishou University which is located in the Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture in the west of Hunan province as an example.＂Respecting ethnic customs and establishing harmonious relationship between students and the local people＂ was made as the principle for field practice,and ensured the successful performance of the work.The reform involving in teaching content,teaching method,teaching means,teaching idea and examination method effectively improved students＇ study.The training of professional quality,physical and mental quality,as well as humanistic quality observably enhanced students＇ comprehensive competence.The fostering of students＇ research interest and establishment of the research platform for students promoted students＇ ability of sci-technological innovation.Practice showed that the above reform of botany field work in local universities in minority areas could promote students＇ all-round development and competitiveness.
