摘　　要：综述了农药造成食品化学性污染的主要原因,致使食品中农药残留的原因,农药残留对人体健康、农业生产和食品出口贸易的危害,以及农药残留的检测方法.提出了几种减少农药残留的方法以及解决农药残留问题的对策和建议.It was reviewed that pesticides are the main reason for the food chemical pollution, the cause of pesticide residues, the dangers to human health, agricultural production and import and export trade as well as the pesticide residue detection methods. Several methods of reducing pesticide residues and the countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problem of pesticide residues were put forward.
