摘　　要：高校班级文化对大学生的成长起着非常重要的作用。随着我国高等教育改革的深入及学分制在高校的推行,原有的高校班级管理体制不适应新形势的发展,必须思考建立既能与学分制相适应,又能满足培养社会主义接班人的需要的新的高校班级管理体制。而借鉴部队"番号"文化在高校建立"番号班",或许可以为高校班级文化建设提供新的思路。Class culture plays a very important role in the personal development of college students. With the elaboration of the reform of higher education and the popularization of credit system among colleges and universities in China, it has become increasingly urgent for the old class management system to give way to a new approach that not merely adapts to the credit system but also satisfies the demand of cultiva- ting socialist talents. The attempt of appointing a designation to each class according to its own distinctive culture, inspired by the designation culture in the army, may stimulate the construction of college class culture to a new stage.
