摘　　要：辽宁石化职业技术学院在充分发挥校企合作办学优势的基础上,结合创建国家骨干校的要求,提出与行业企业紧密对接,校企共同建设师资队伍的战略构想,阐述了基本思路和战略措施。Based on the advantages of College-Enterprise cooperation and in accordance with the requirement on building the country＇s key vocational college, Liaoning Petrochemical Vocational and Technical College has proposed the strategic conception, which is called College-Enterprise Co-construction of Teaching Staff. In addition, the basic ideas and strategic measures have also been elaborated.
