摘　　要：高职院校探索建立"校中厂"是校企深度融合,合作育人、合作发展的有效途径之一。本文结合"校中厂"实训基地的建设目标,从理论和实践上探索高职院校"校中厂"实训基地的运行管理机制。To explore the establishment of ＂Plant in School＂ is one of the effective ways of the depth integration of school and enterprise, cooperative cooperation and cooperative development for higher vocational colleges. In this paper, with the building goals of ＂Plant in School＂ training base, the operation and management mechanism of ＂Plant in School＂ training base is explored both in theoretical and practical aspects.
