摘　　要：随着社会的发展,来自不同文化的人之间的交流必定越来越频繁,由于文化背景差异,会造成跨文化交际的语用失误,在大学英语教学中,要适时对学生进行跨文化交际能力的培养,提升学生的跨文化交际能力。With the development of society, exchanges between people from different cultures must be more frequent due to cultural differences. Different cultural background may result in pragmatic failure in cross-cultural communication, and therefore, it is essential to cultivate the students＇ intercultural awareness and raise students＇ cross-cultural communicative ability in college English teaching.
