摘  要:采用改进后的Arnon法及气相色谱一质谱联用技术,探索不同自肋烟品种叶绿体色素及相关致香物质的变化规律。结果表明,成熟时品种间叶绿素含量0.623—0.735mg/g,变异系数7.07%;类胡萝h素含量0.169—0.217mg/g,变异系数11.82%;叶绿素/类胡萝卜素比值2.887—4.336,变异系数18.0r7%;不同品种间叶绿素/类胡萝h素比值差异〉类胡萝卜素〉叶绿素。调制后品种间叶绿素裂解的产物含量148.12—230.01n,g/g,变异系数17.39%;类胡萝卜素类降解产物含量53.036—91.344mg/g,变异系数23.33%;品种间类胡萝卜素类降解产物含量差异〉叶绿素裂解的产物;综合结果,TN90、Kyg07品种成熟时叶绿素含量略低,但类胡萝卜素含量略高,叶绿素/类胡萝卜素低,比叶重较适宜,晾制后相应降解的致香物多,更有利烟叶香气品质的形成。:The improved Arnon method and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry were used to explore hurley tobacco chloroplast pinents and related changes of aroma of different varieties. The results showed that mature varieties total chlorophyll was 0.623 -0.735 mg/g, coef- ficient of variation was 7.07 % ; carotenoid content was 0. 169 - 0.217mg/g, coefficient of variation was 11.82 %, chlorophylL/carotenoid ratio was 2. 887 -4.336, and coefficient of variation was 18.07 %. Total chlorophyll/carotenoid ratio, carotenoids, total chlorophyll of dif- ferent varieties, and modulated chlorophyll pyrolysis product varieties content was 148.12 -230.0ling/g, coefficient of variation was 17.39 % ; degradation products of carotene content was 53.036 -91. 344 mg/g, coefficient of variation was 23.33 %. Degradation products be- tween the carotenoids content; chlorophyll pyrolysis product of the variety; consolidated results, TN90, Ky907 varieties mature chlorophyll content is slightly lower, but slightly higher carotenoid content, total chlorophylL/carotenoid low, specific leaf weight is more appropriate, air system for the corresponding degradation of property and more aroma, more conducive to the formation of quality tobacco flavor.
