涉农高校“211工程”三期建设结果与趋势研究

摘　　要：采用文本分析的方法对8所涉农"211工程"高校三期建设的结果与趋势进行了研究。研究结果表明,"211工程"三期建设整体带动效应明显;在重点学科建设、人才建设、创新人才培养和项目管理等方面形成了四条重要经验;在学科的结构布局、人才队伍和经费投入等方面存在不足;对未来建设的构想集中体现在"特色发展,重点突破"作为重点学科建设的路径,教师队伍建设突出国际化,提高人才培养质量作为建设的落脚点,效益优先作为体制机制改革的方向。针对教育主管部门和相关高校的建设者如何协同办好中国一流的高等农业教育提出了两点思考。With text analysis method,this article makes special research on the results and trends of ＂211＂ Project in the 3rd period of the agricultural universities. The results showed that the overall benefit of the construction is obvious. The formation of the important experience includes four aspects, such as the key discipline construction, personnel construction, the cultivation of innovative talents and project management. There are defects in discipline structure, personnel and funding. The visions of the future focus on the following aspects, the development of key disciplines should adhere to characteristic development and key breakthrough; Teachers should give prominence to the international; To cultivate high quality talent should be the goal of the construction; Giving priority to efficiency should be the direction of system reform. The article also has made two reflections to the education departments and university administrators about how to run first-class higher agricultural education in China.
