摘  要:运用CFD分析方法,对汽油机单边进气歧管的初始设计方案进行CFD计算分析,结果表明初始设计方案的进气均匀性远达不到设计要求。根据分析结果,对进气歧管提出优化方案,CFD分析结果表明修改方案进气均匀性得到了很大改善而流通性只是略微降低,满足设计要求,最终完成该进气歧管设计。The CFD simulation is performed to initial design engine. The result indicates that intake uniformity of initial ments. The optimized solution of intake manifold is proposed shows that intake uniformity of the optimized solution is solution of onesided intake manifold of a gasoline design solution cannot fulfill the design require based on analysis result. The CFD analysis result signifi flow capability, thus satisfying design requirements. Finally, cantly improved and a slight reduction occurs in this design of intake manifold is accomplished.
