摘　　要：我国中小学校长培训教材建设经历了一个漫长的发展过程。文章回顾了各个时期校长培训教材建设的概况,分析了其现状与特点,就目前中小学校长培训教材建设面临的问题提出了建议。The construction of teaching materials for schoolmasters in China has developed for a long history.This paper makes a general review on the teaching materials construction in all periods,and analyzes its current situation,characteristics and the problems as well as solutions.
