摘　　要：临床见习期是医学生培养的重要阶段,本文结合神经外科学科特点,对见习带教方法做出总结,思考如何合理安排带教方案和内容,快速高效达到带教目标。Clinical practice period is important for medical students developed.According to the characteristics of neurosurgery , this paper summarized the teaching skills in guiding clinical practice , and reflected on how to arrange the teaching plan and contents , to get to the teaching aims quickly and efficiently.
