摘　　要：重庆城市职业学院通过“园、校、企”合作人才培养模式研究与实践，较好地克服了传统校企合作中存在的难题，构建了“园、校、企”互动人才培养新模式，将专业建设与产业布局相对接，人才培养与企业需求相对接、职业教育与区域经济发展相对接，有效促进人才培养，提高人才培养质量，对更好服务地方经济的发展具有重要意义。Urban Vocational College of Chongqing through ＂ service outsourcing park, vocational college, enterprise＂ cooperation in personnel training mode research and practice, the better to overcome the existing problems in the traditional school - enterprise cooperation, construction of the ＂ service outsourcing park, vocational college, enterprise＂ interactive new mode of talent training, professional construction and industrial layout relative access, personnel training and enterprise needs relative to occupation, education and regional economic development relatively, effectively promote the personnel training, improve the quality of personnel training, to better serve local economic development is of great significance.
