摘　　要：课程教学质量评价体系的重构必须与课程改革同步进行。在课程教学质量实施效果的评价上,应从描述性和深层次的统计两个方面对课程实施效果进行评价,正确地评价教师和系部的教学质量。The reconstruction of evaluation system of course teaching quality must be simultaneous with the curriculum reform. In terms of the evaluation on the implementation effect of curriculum teaching quality, effectiveness of curriculum implementation should be evaluated from two aspects： description and in-depth statistics. Furthermore, teaching quality of teachers and department should be evaluated properly.
