摘　　要：我国社会主义市场经济 ,特别是经济增长方式的现实状况 ,急需普通高师构建与之相应的人才培养模式。本文从管理模式、教育模式和学生自学模式三个方面 。As an answer to the fact that the socialist market economy, particularly in the present situation of economic growth modes, demands urgently for scientific development of personnels, which are geared to the construction of general teachers colleges, this essay outlines the basic personnel development modes of teachers colleges from the aspects of the managerial mode, the educating and teaching mode, and the students' self_teaching mode.
