卓越法律人才培养语境下民族高校法学教育培养定位改革

摘　　要：文章在对卓越法律人才和民族地区高校法学教育的定位进行探讨的基础上,对民族高校卓越法律人才教育的定位进行了分析,认为立足西部、具有法制信仰、保持中国立场、具有国际视野、具有平民情怀的高素质的法律人才培养乃是民族高校卓越法律人才教育的定位。Based on the orientations of Excellent Law Talents and law education in universities, this paper explores the orientation of the latter from the perspectives of the former, holding that regional features, China＇ s system and international visions must be considered.
