摘 要:[目的]分析不同品种的烟叶致香物质含量,以及烟叶中致香物质与其评吸质量档次的关系。[方法]对不同烤烟品种和质量档次的烟叶样品进行致香物质化验,从检测出的67种化合物中选取其中的9种,应用气相色谱仪进行分析,初步探究了不同品种间9种致香物质含量的差异以及致香物质含量对卷烟评吸质量档次的影响。[结果]研究表明,分析的9种致香物质在烟叶中的含量排序为:糠醛>异佛尔酮>2-甲基四氢呋喃>5-甲基糠醛>芳樟醇>沉香醇(氧化)-1>2-甲基-2-庚烯-6-酮>壬醛>1-戊醇;不同品种烟叶致香物质含量由高到低排序是:云烟85>K326>云烟87>红大>CB-1。[结论]研究阐明了烟叶中致香物质含量的差异对特色优质烟叶的影响,并为此提供理论依据。Abstract [ Objective] To analyze aroma components in different varieties tobacco, and relationship between aroma components and smoking quality grade. [ Method] Aroma components of tobacco leaf of different varieties and quality were analyzed. GC-MS analysis was conducted on 9 components. The differences of the 9 aroma components in different varieties tobacco leaf were explored, as well as effects of aroma components on tobacco leaf smoking quality grade. [ Result ] The results showed that content sequence of 9 aroma components in leaves was as follows : furfu- ral 〉 isophorone 〉 2 - methyl-tetrahydrofuran 〉 5 - methyl furfural 〉 linalool 〉 linalool (oxidation) -1 〉 2 - methyl -2 - miethyl -6 - ketone 〉 nonanal 〉 1 - pentanol ; Sequences of total aroma components content were : Yunyan85 〉 K326 〉 〉 Yunyan87 〉 HongDa 〉 CB-1. [ Conclusion] The study elaborated effects of aroma components difference on high quality tobacco, and provided a theoretical basis.
