摘　　要：医学研究生教育事业为卫生事业提供智力支持,其重要性不容忽视。医学硕士研究生思想政治工作是医学研究生教育事业的重要组成部分,医学硕士研究生入学前教育背景迥异,年龄不齐,所以在管理上应该做到因材施教。本文从揭示医学硕士研究生思想政治的工作现状入手,分析了医学硕士研究生管理中的问题,并对如何解决医学硕士研究生思政工作管理中存在的问题进行了探索。Medical postgraduate students＇ education provides intellectual support for the medical and health under takings, which importance can not be ignored. Their ideological and political work plays an important part in the med ical postgraduate students＇ education. Based on their different previous graduate colleges, working period and ages be fore admission, our management should be in accordance with their aptitude. This text will embark from the current situations of medical postgraduates ideological and political work, and analyzes the relevant management problems and explores the ways to solve these problems.
