摘　　要：全面推行素质教育 ,提高国民素质水平 ,是教育部门的责任 ,也是高等体育教育的重要任务。在体育院校的教学计划中保留一定比例的社会人文课程 。It is a duty of education and an important task of the higher physical education to pursue the quality education in all-around and to improve the qualitative standards of the people.To keep some courses of society and humane studies should be an important substance in the higher physical education for quality education.
