摘 要:随着科技的不断进步、产业结构不断调整升级、现代化产业体系不断完善,现代企业对人才素质的要求也日益提高。一支结构合理、素质技能优良的从业人员队伍对于企业来说显得尤为重要。开展职业技能鉴定,既能够满足了用人单位对技能人才的需求,又能促进技能人才的培养和成才,因此,推行职业技能证书制度,是企业人力资源开发的一项重要战略。目前在我国各行各业有很多职业技能鉴定所(站),但是各个鉴定所(站)的水平参差不齐,还是存在很多问题。主要对我国成立于企业的行业职业技能鉴定所(站)存在的问题及相应的解决对策进行了详细的阐述。:With the rapid advancement of science and technology, and the adjusting and upgrading of the industrial structure, a comprehensive modern manufacturing ecosystem is being built up. As such, human resource with high level of expertise is on demand; reasonably structured team with well - trained personnel is mandatory to modem en- terprises. The vocational skill appraisal can meet the requirements of the companies and promote the training of skilled talents, so the implementation of the occupation skill certificate system is an important strategy of corporate human resources development for a company. In China, there are a number of occupation skiU appraisal institutes in different industries has been established. Nevertheless, there are still a number of pending problems. This paper tries to present the currently existing problems existed in the occupation skill appraisal institutes of our country and seeks for the possible solutions.
