摘　　要：本文分析大学生党建工作现状及以学生为主导的大学生基层党建模式的主要弊端,并以复旦大学护理学院学生党支部为例,探讨构建以辅导员为主导的学生基层党建模式的成效,期望为加强学生党建工作提供依据。The purpose of this article is to analyze the status of university student＇s party building and point out the problems with the student-leading basic level party building mode. The case of Fudan University School of Nursing Student Party Branch was discussed and the effect of constructing an instructor-leading basic level party building mode was investigated to promote the healthy development of student party building of university.
