摘 要:班级文化是班级凝心聚力的粘合剂,价值导向是班级管理的导航系统,是学生发展的风向标。基于大学新生班级的角度,从班级文化的培育出发,揭示价值导向的深刻内涵,从主体性价值导向、专制集权型价值导向等层面剖析价值导向的培育理念;从开放性价值导向、学习型价值导向等层面剖析价值导向的培育特点;从全面发展型价值导向、专长培育型价值导向等层面剖析价值导向的培育目标,并进一步分析价值导向的影响因素,其目的是要促进班级的有效管理和学生的健康发展。Class culture is the binder of class unity.Value orientation is the navigation system of class management and the direction of students’ development.Based on freshmen class,this article reveals the profound connotation of value orientation from the perspective of the cultivation of class culture;analyses the cultivation theory in terms of subjectivity value orientation and c value orientation of centralization authority;analyses the cultivation traits from the perspective of openness value orientation;decomposes the cultivation of value orientation in terms of value orientation of comprehensive development and value orientation of specialty cultivation and has a further analysis of the influential elements of value orientation in order to promote the effective administration and healthy development of students.
