摘 要:建立三轴越野车的仿真模型,根据谐波叠加法建立C级、D级随机输入路面,按照GB/T5902-86建立三角形凸块脉冲路面,进行不同车速下的平顺性仿真。考虑到越野车长期处于满载和恶劣的路况下,研究该车通过巨型台阶和沟壕时的动力性能。结果表明:C级路面下该车的平顺性良好;D级路面下需要控制车速在30km/h以内行驶才能保证该车具有较好的平顺性;脉冲路面下不会危害乘客健康;该车具有一定的越障能力。The model of simulation of three-axis off-road vehicle is established for a study on ride comfort.It is carried out under the different velocities in the C and D class random roads which are built by using the method of harmonic stack and in the triangle-pulse road which is set up based on GB/T5902-86.As the special environment,the performance dynamics of the vehicle are studied under full load and poor road conditions.The result shows that the off-road vehicle is suitable on C class road;in order to ensure the ride comfort,the velocity should be controlled under 30km/h on D class road;the health of crew is not harmed in the condition of the pulse input.The vehicle has the ability to cross certain obstacles.
