摘 要:测定了发光杆菌1029发酵液对10种常见植物病原菌的抑菌活性,并初步研究了温度、pH值和紫外线对发酵液活性的影响。结果表明,发光杆菌1029发酵液的抑菌谱较广,其对拟茎点病菌、荔枝霜疫霉病菌、马铃薯环腐病菌和烟草青枯病菌抑制作用较强。发酵液活性组成中既有耐高温、紫外线的成分,也有对两者敏感的成分,但在pH7~8时抑菌作用最强。Antifungal activity of Photorhabdus sp.1029 against ten species of plant pathogenic fungi was tested in this paper,and the effects of the temperature,pH and the ultraviolet rays on activity of culture broth were studied preliminarily.The results showed that the Photorhabdus sp.1029 had a wide-range inhibition,especially to Phomopsis sp.,Peronophythora litchi,Clavibacter sepedonicum and Ralstonia solanacearum.The antifungal activity substance from Photorhabdus sp.1029 culture broth were relatively complex.It had not only durable high temperature and ultraviolet radiation elements,but also sensible elements to them.The culture broth had highest antifungal activity at pH 7~8.
